We anticipate an attendance of over 500 patrons. This event will be heavily promoted via all Social Media outlets for both BOSFL & the Mass District, and the media.
If a cancellation of the Event by Black Owned South FL, Mass District, or the City of Ft Lauderdale, FL is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which (in our sole judgment) may compromise the safety of Event participants, we will not provide a refund. If we are able to reschedule, the vendor fee may be used for the new date however there are no guarantees and will be up to the hosts.
***Tents – It is required of you to bring sandbags or something that will secure your tent to the ground.
If a vendor is no longer able to participate, we ask that you contact us up to a week prior to the
event by emailing contact@blackownedsfl.com. There will not be any
